Front Office Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Front Office Executive to manage patient interactions and front desk operations. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth patient experience by handling appointments, billing, and coordination with internal departments.

Qualifications

Any Degree (MBA Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Guide patients to the appropriate department or doctor
• Handle patient appointments (walk-in, phone, and online)
• Register new patients and update records accurately
• Generate bills for consultations, scans, and procedures
• Collect payments and issue receipts
• Maintain daily cash collection records and coordinate with accounts
• Attend incoming calls and provide accurate information
• Handle inquiries regarding services, doctors, and timings
• Escalate critical calls or issues to the concerned staff
• Maintain patient files and ensure proper documentation
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information
• Update daily patient visit reports
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, lab, and pharmacy for smooth patient flow
• Inform patients about waiting time and procedures
• Address basic patient concerns and collect feedback
• Report complaints or escalations to the admin

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Polite and patient-friendly attitude
• Ability to handle pressure during peak hours
• Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling
